Thanks again for an empowering read. I work with surgeons — who are basically 3 year-olds unless they are holding a sharp object. A fact I was reminded of when I babysat my 3 year-old grand daughter. Only then did I realize — as you stated — 3 year-olds show signs of development and learning over time. Adult children people enjoy staying stuck.
