Trying to stay in My Now is what gets me through.

I felt the colour drain from my face as I read her message. I’m crying as I write this. Life is capricious and often cruel and maybe it’s better not to think too much about what might be in store.

Trying to stay in My Now is what gets me through. I have found The Universe has a wild imagination & very sharp sense of humor. The big stuff - well, I never saw it coming. While all the time - when I was younger - I fretted over stuff that never happened. <3
