The new meds today are very good. I’ve had asthma since I was 17 and it hasn’t progressed (at this point) to COPD. Even though I briefly smoked in my youth and lived with a smoker for a couple years. None of that helped - of course. And I know my baseline declined after the living with a smoker stupidity. Have hope. It may be that the pulmonologist can stabilize his condition with the right cocktail of meds. 🤞🏻
