As a nurse walking around the mall - I am not required to give assistance to anyone - even though I have the skills to do so. Unless I want to. And only until the point of time I become to tired to continue. Because if you haven't ever given CPR to another human - let me tell you - pumping on a chest takes strength & stamina.
