The brand I like is from a local hemp store called Hemptender. But my next favorite brand is Xlite. I usually get the caramel popcorn or the dark chocolate bars. I suggest you Google hemp dispensaries near me & then go in person to talk to one of the experts on site to find what might work best for you & your situation. (remember this, "The first one is always free"} ;) I don't care for Delta 8 THC, I prefer a 1:1 combo of Delta 9 with CBD. I sleep well & wake up with no aches or pains.
