Thank you for the kale prep tips! I also have kale everyday. For All. The. Nutrients. It also helps my skin because after 26 years of scrubbing cases in the OR my hands & arms aged way faster than the rest of me!
I usually just rinse it & steam it. Then I completely drown it in butter & add some salt. The addition of the blood pressure raising mineral & yummy artery clogging fat helps it's taste quite a bit. But then - one can eat nearly anything with enough butter & salt on it. ;)
