Thank you Erika for reading and responding. The clinics are the hardest hit with the protesters and such. Luckily my facility is a level one trauma center — the OR is buried deep in the heart of it — Security would not tolerate that the protesters would have to be completely off the grounds — as we have really no public ‘side walks’ they can claim. The courage of the women involved to make this choice is huge. To have to face the insanity of OTHER PEOPLE thinking they are some how entitled to have a say about their healthcare decisions is complete madness.
No man ever faced a crowd of protestors outside any outpatient facility he ever entered for any outpatient procedure you could ever name. EVER. EVER.
Because no one ever tells a man the public at large — the government — and the supreme court should have a say in what he decides to do with his body in any healthcare discussion he has with his physician.
