SIGH. The unleashing of The Critical Mind. It belongs to the insecure partner and is meant to pull you down to their level of Nothingness. Their Despair with ever doing/being something ‘Right’. In yoga we have a saying — “There is never a right way or a wrong way to be in an asana. There is only safe.”

As a nurse — and as a woman who lived this experience — please tell your sister in law to be careful. The Not Doing Anything Right verbal dialog can slide down that slippery slope to verbal abuse before either party recognizes the shift in footing. Verbal abuse is the gateway drug to worse things.

Trust me on this one. Watch to make sure Right/Wrong doesn’t slide into Un-safe.
