Since I retired over three years ago, I have been on a mission to keep my body and my brain from prematurely aging. Vascular dementia doesn’t just run in my family — it gallops. And I’m doing all I can not to make the same errors that my ancestors did in the hopes that I might keep it at bay for a few more decades.
