oh for sure! I love NC — even in the summer! I moved from Upstate NY — and for the first time in my life — my bones felt warm that first summer here 27 years ago. A friend of mine who had moved here from NY the previous year told me, “NC in the summer is a lot like NY in the winter. The only difference really is this: you don’t have to shovel the snow.” But basically, we stay inside during July & August, instead of January & February! Thanks for reading & welcome to NC!!
