Nursing is a wonderful career. I went into it mostly for the job security. But I found I really loved being able to work for the same facility and change departments. It kept my career fresh & allowed me to comfortably retire when the time came.

Find a good facility to work for when you finish. A nurse friendly facility and never stay seated at a table that doesn’t serve respect and caring.
