My mom used to shake the popcorn in a kettle on the stove. She knew just the right amount of oil to add & how hot to make it so it wouldn’t burn. I get my popcorn out of a microwave these days — but I always buy the good stuff — Orville (of course!). I probably eat popcorn or ice cream every day. Some days require both!
