My inner-Tomboy insisted that we give a cartwheel a go after reading this. Yeah - it wasn't pretty. I never thought about it when I was a kid - just rolled on over my arms/hands. At even 64 - it was a challenge & the end result looked nothing like a cartwheel. I think I'm going to have to stick with swimming. And headstands are completely out of the question & have been for 25 years. Arthritis in my neck from my misspent youth riding horses makes even thinking about standing on my head a no-go.
