My favorite styles of yoga are restorative, gentle, & yin. Which is basically yoga while sitting on your butt or lying on your back. I've been doing yoga for well over 20 years - there is a practice out there for you. Even if it's just 10 or 15 minutes doing some neck rolls. That's the cool thing about yoga. I've been going to the same studio for over 7 years but I most enjoy a home class via zoom or the FREE senior yoga at my local senior center. The pandemic cut back on my studio classes severely. I haven't really gotten up the courage to go back to them. It's really peoplely there. :)
