Lucky for me — I went to college at age 30. I don’t think anyone even asked about my SAT scores from high school — 12 years was ancient history by then. I passed the English and Math exams to get into the joint and a couple of years later — TA DA! I was a Nurse. Eventually I went on line and basically bought my BSN. The only thing I really learned in my very costly BSN program was how to use Power Point. I’d been a nurse for over 10 years by then. They really didn’t teach me Jack about being a nurse. But the paper is nice to have — it’s in my book case — and allows me to move freely about the plane in Nursing Land these days. PS — I’ll be paying off the college loan for the BSN until I’m 65.

You can laugh now… :)
