Kurt — Thank YOU so very much for your kind and generous of heart response. Nurses are often asked in various surveys by our facilities what makes us feel ‘most appreciated’ — how can they basically ‘retain’ us. It’s never more money or better hours — although those things would be great! We are there because of our patients. And hearing WE — even as a group of sisters — that my sister nurse — helped a someone — well — yeah. That’s huge. It increases the morale for every single nurse. Because as long as our Patients know why we are here — the rest is just semantics.
