I've never worn make-up. I drank loads of water and kept my face in the shade. Yoga helped as well. No one has ever believed I'm as old as I am by looking at me. For the last several decades. My kids used to be embarrassed that people thought I was their big sister - now that they are entering middle-age - they're thankful for my genes.
