I've been using a local produce delivery service for years. I eat whatever is in season and have become pretty much vegetarian this way. They also coop with local dairies and other businesses to provide cheeses, gourmet catering, local organic/antibioitic free range meats, fresh-frozen seafood (NC), and baked goods - many of them GF. Whatever they have available is what I eat for the week. The vitality of my food has enhanced my health over the course of time I've been eating this way. Besides supporting local farms and businesses, I am also reducing my carbon footprint. Lots of reasons to look at this very healthy option. I love my produce delivery!
