I've been going to my current stylist for over 20 years. I went from a pixie cut (got in it 10th grade) to gradually letting my hair grow out about 10 years ago. So 40 or so years of pixie cut. I find not many people notice the wear & tear the years have taken on my face - most of them smile at the purple ends. My stylist hombres my white tresses to several shades of rich purple. I get complimented on my hair every time I go out. And besides that - it's really FUN! <3
