I was a transplant coordinator & oncology nurse navigator for a number of years - also at a facility in NC - a bit north east of you. My radiology scheduler was my life line for my patients. Whenever she answered my call to get a patient scheduled - I heaved a sigh of relief. Just like you - she wasn't just doing a job - she was helping other Humans who needed her. I NEEDED HER. And she made my job a chip shot with her ability to get All. The. Things. arranged in a timely manner for OUR patients.

If no one has said it out loud to you in a while - allow me. THANK YOU for all you do for the patients, for your team, for your physicians & nurses. We would fall flat on our faces without your skills.

Remember to be kind to yourself. Living in the midst of everyone else's pain can be so difficult. Never forget that your pain is important as well. Many blessings dear Tre. May your heart heal. <3
