I usually carry a purse. I have ONE purse. It's brown leather & looks more like a saddle bag than a purse. Whenever I go out to see a show, I put my phone, , key, ID & credit card in my pocket - because I too - insist on clothes with pockets. The purse gets left in the car. The purse exists for me as a repository for my asthma inhaler, checkbook, and other various sundry medications I might need when I am out an about. When I had a motorcycle, my 'purse' was a backpack that I could wear while riding. A bit more secure than a back pocket for phone & ID when cruising down the highway doing 70mph.

But I agree 100%. If I had better pockets - I wouldn't be the least bit interested in a purse. Cause I don't do make up either. Or tampons... ;)
