I think not putting your McDonald's job on your resume isn't lying. Once I became a nurse - I didn't put any job I had prior to that career on my resume as it didn't apply. I scoped ice cream at a place called Marnis in New Milford PA when I was 16 - you can bet that stint never saw the light of day on my resume. Since scooping ice cream (flipping burgers) isn't really a skill set that applies to the job I was applying for. And I think the GOP is really reaching with that crap. But then - I'm a life long Democrat who did abortions. I doubt very much that the GOP is interested in my opinions. :)
