I switched over to half-calf in the spring after a visit to a family member's place. She mixed her coffee 1/2 & 1/2 - regular roast & decaf. I noticed while I was there - no caffeine headache AND I didn't need to take my evening GERD meds. I'll never give it up - I love it too much. But I can cut down on the part that might not be so great for me. :)
