I started writing on Medium in 2017. Shortly there after, I found Crow's Feet. I retired from a career in nursing in 2020 and never looked back. Financially, what made my transition seamless was the fact I always lived well below my means. I was a saver by nature & still find a few hundred dollars leftover every month to tuck away. I always enjoyed a fair amount of hobbies when I worked. Travel, knitting, yoga - formed the foundation of my hobby-life. However, after retirement, I discovered my love of swimming & bowling. I decided to learn Italian & embraced All. The. Puzzles to help keep my mind engaged. I thought I'd have more time to write here, but have found that I'm simply too busy and too happy to put the words down as often now. Ironic, huh?
