I read the story — oh my heart! Death does not wait. She comes right on time — Her Time not Ours. And Kitty is right — it can take years for us to sort out why we behaved as we did at the end of a loved one’s existence here. Kubler-Ross put it to paper — however — some of us don’t move gracefully through those stages. There is no timeline for grief. We will sit shiva with our souls for as long as it takes.
Thank you for reading and responding and thank you so much for sharing Kitty’s story.
I have a friend who tells me often — all relationships end. He is a widower. And he is not wrong. They end even when we don’t want them to. They end even when we haven’t finished what we need to finish.
Have a good day James Finn. Many many blessings to you. ❤
