I noticed exactly what you mentioned! When I first started getting back out & doing activities I enjoyed — I was completely socially awkward! It’s taken probably the better part of a year for me to feel social again. As you put it so well, “To shake off the isolation habit…” I think that’s a brilliant insight! AND it makes me feel a bit better. It reminds me of how I used to struggle in social situations just a few months ago & is encouraging to note that I’m past those feelings.
