I love everything about this mindset. For most of My Life, I’ve been annoyed with the 10 pounds or so that stubbornly stay put. Dieting, exercise — nothing seemed to work. I was so miserable.
After reading this book — Thank you Universe! I have re-remembered to ENJOY Life. Eat the ice cream. Walk instead of run (because that’s what I LIKE to do). Allow what needs to come — to come.
And just wear leggings…. ;)
