I know for me — going west to east is way harder than east to west. I’ve been to Australia & Bali as well as out in the western US — and the trip home to NC was always when the jet lag caught up with me. But I get it — working nights — I’d come home after my kids were on the bus, pop a benedryl and sleep 6 hours or so till they got home. Life is much MUCH better retired! LOL
