I have found this to be the best mindset to have as Nana. Even when I'm watching The Magical Creatures on my own - Mommy's rules still rule in all things behavior. We bend them just enough in other areas - like desert on a weeknight or a stop a the park on the way home from our walk. So when the rubber hits the road & I need to enforce something I know is in their best interest - I always blame their mother. And let me tell you - she's a way better mother than I ever was. I think The Magical Creatures understand how lucky they are that they landed with her. ;)
