I have found some Humans have a lot of 'rules' in their minds. I have had friends where I have inadvertently broken one of their rules and it has meant the end of the relationship. I'm old enough now to recognize this trait in others & while it never changes how I am around them - it does help a bit to know that at some point in time - there will be some misstep on my part that will go against their 'rules' and cause drama. These days, I am no longer surprised by this & have found that I hold those friendships lightly - and allow them to unravel gracefully when the time comes.

I am an anchovy. Not everyone is going to like me. ;)
