I have been blessed to have a career in a field which allowed me to change jobs regularly and still stay with the same facility. But both my kids and several friends left jobs to pursue their dreams. Sacrifice — of a sort — were made and yet in the end they looked up to find a life so much richer than they imagined. Sometimes when you leap — most times when you leap — The Universe catches you. I’m mentally and financially prepping for mine next summer when perhaps I’ll get to hang up my nurses shoes for good. ♥️
