I do a lot of restorative yoga. My Pitta imbalance is legend. I need the relaxation of mediation and a restorative/gentle/yin practice to cool the fire of my dosha. Otherwise — well..it’s just not pretty. ;) I’m a reader & started my practice way back when with a Yoga for beginners book and a morning practice next to my bed every AM. I found myself much more able to tolerate surgeons when I did yoga. LOL
