I am sitting here reading you post with a nebulizer in my face. My asthma started randomly at 17. I’ve been on inhalers since I was in my 20’s which on a day to day basis helps me to also forget I have asthma. But in the last 9 years — I have had several attacks a year where I am down & out sometimes for 2–3 weeks at a time. Waiting for steroids or additional meds to kick in. Most of the time its a seasonal thing — tree pollen and ragweed are my krytonite. But this last bout seemed to be air pollution from a SC area where the only irritation was the strong smell from the local paper mills and lots of too much hot — temps over 100. Our fading Ozone.
Thank you for this post — and for speaking for those of us who can’t catch “Our Breath”
