I also use my bread machine to knead & raise dough for other recipes. Like pizza or dinner rolls. Mine is ancient. It was a gift from ‘someone who cooked’ back when cooking in My Life was a chore not a pleasure. After seeing me use mine for holidays — my daughter asked for one. I got it for her & hers is WAY more complicated than mine. But it’s ok — her brain is younger & she’ll sort it out. LOL

I bake just about anything. Pies & cookies are my favorites and of my favorite meals is my homemade quiche.

I bake a lot with The Magical Creatures when I visit — as you know — that is heaps of fun. The Oldest & I are currently on a zucchini bread recipe quest. She had some at a friend’s place that she really liked — but mom won’t share the recipe. I’ve run into that a couple of times and simply don’t understand the attitude. I always share mine — freely — joyfully and with great pleasure that someone enjoyed something I made enough to want to give it a go themselves for the people they love.

So anyway — we’re getting there with the zucchini bread. LOL But the quest continues!
