Great piece! As a former OR nurse, I think you've made some very wise decisions. A couple years back one of my best friends was thrown from her horse & broke her hip. She had to emergently have it replaced. Ironically - she was a retired orthopedic OR nurse. She did great & is back to 100%. Even got back on that horse! :)
