A Tale Of Healing
She approached the small creature carefully. It was obviously terrified. Huddled in a corner — back against the wall — no place to run, the little thing had frozen in place with their tiny claws out and teeth bared.
She moved so slowly, one couldn’t even be sure she was making any headway in closing the gap. The no man’s zone which separated her from the pitiful shaking and freaked out beast.
