Don, I loved this piece. I have practiced yoga for 24 years. I began it as a way to ease perimenopause symptoms & I credit it for giving me the body I have at 64. Flexible, stable, and without many aches & pains I see in my friends. I have also been a pescatarian (mostly) for the past decade. And have concentrated on making home cooked meals & eating stuff with few ingredients. I have a couple health conditions that are easily managed with diet changes and have looked at maintaining a balanced diet instead of over doing supplements. Good food can be good medicine.
