Check out Restorative yoga - which uses a lot of props and works mainly to help you relax into stretches. You are 'arranged' & supported on cushions/bolsters/blankets and relax into the posture for minutes at a time. You don't even stand at all. It's all done laying on a mat. Also don't underestimate Chair yoga. It's an excellent way to explore your personal range of motion - safely - without having to manage the balance piece that so many asanas superimpose on the practice. Of course, the breathwork has helped my asthma so much. And also my anxeity & migraines. There are so many good reasons it's survived for thousands of years. Good Luck!
