AH yes — but Jim — all the Humans you deal with are AWAKE! ;) After the patient was asleep, I took care of surgeons. And I loved surgeons. They are decisive and have excellent reaction times. In the OR we were a team & had a relationship unlike any other I had with any other physician. However, they are completely an acquired taste.

But I have to tell you, when I was in nursing school, I had many wonderful professors. Not just in the nursing program but in the gen ed classes as well. My anatomy prof was favorite. I was his TA for two years after I took his class. And my first writing professor had me reconsidering my career choice as I found I loved writing under her guidance. Both gave me an incredible foundation that I could grow on. They planted the seeds.

I have a sneaky suspicion that you are not capable of bad teaching and that in your own life you have planted more than your fair share of seeds. ❤
